If your account is not paid on the day, we are unable to book further non‑urgent appointments until the outstanding balance has been settled. This helps us keep appointments available for all patients and ensures our services remain sustainable.

Urgent or emergency care will never be withheld solely because of unpaid fees. you will be directed to attend your local emergency department or urgent care in any emergency or urgent care matter.
If an account remains unpaid for an extended period and we are unable to contact you, it may be referred to a debt‑collection service. You will always be notified before this occurs.
