Service level changes

All appointments, prescriptions requests, and failure to attend appointments will incur a fee. 

Fees are payable with 14 days of the service.

Failure to pay may result in clinic pausing appointments and prescriptions until debt is cleared.

Please see billing information at the top drop-down menu. 

Repeat prescriptions

An appointment is required for repeat prescriptions. 

Requests received for prescriptions without an appointment incur a $15 dollar fee and are provided at the clinic's discretion. 

Welcome to TranquiliT HC

TranquiliT HC is unable to see persons under the age of 18 due to regulatory requirements. 

The TGA requires patients under 18 years old to have specialist involvement, which we currently do not offer. 

If you are seeking treatment for your child, we recommend you speak to your regular GP as a first step.

  TranquiliT HC offers telehealth appointments Australia wide in the after-hours space that allow you to maintain your other engagements. 

  

Because everyone is unique, there is no standard dose for people, with that in mind, TranquiliT HC may recommend more frequent appointments to monitor for effectiveness.

Adam is a Nurse Practitioner passionate about plant-based medicines and their use in chronic conditions. With over 18 years clinical experience to draw from, Adam is certain he can assist you on your wellness journey.

Prescriptions requested with out a consultation

**This may occur at the clinic's discretion**

Failure to answer

$30.00

If you fail to answer / attend your telephone appointment a fee of $15 is payable before a replacement appointment will be made. 

Registering with TranquiliT HC does not guarantee that you will be prescribed medicinal cannabis products.
