Changes to MBS telephone consuLTATIONs 1st November 2025

Service level changes

 Due to changes to MBS requirements requiring a face-to-face consultation to have been attended within the preceding 12 months, come November 1st, 2025, Medicare subsidised and bulk-billed appointments will no longer be possible.
A set fee for consultations will be implemented. TranquiliT HC will keep you all updated on changes to service. 

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS: All requests for repeat prescriptions must have an appointment.

Welcome to TranquiliT HC

TranquiliT HC is unable to see persons under the age of 18 due to regulatory requirements. 

The TGA requires patients under 18 years old to have specialist involvement, which we currently do not offer. 

If you are seeking treatment for your child, we recommend you speak to your regular GP as a first step.

  TranquiliT HC offers telehealth appointments Australia wide in the after-hours space that allow you to maintain your other engagements. 

  

Because everyone is unique, there is no standard dose for people, with that in mind, TranquiliT HC may recommend more frequent appointments to monitor for effectiveness.
